hannah, I think the manifestation-thing is not thought-based but feeling-based. It doesn't come down to changing your thoughts but to feel into what you want to manifest. This is also easier said than done as you need to deal with your trauma in the emotional body and need to release it. I say this as I notice that when it comes to manifestation there is so much emphasis on thoughts rather than emotions.
