That looks impressive, Zoe, even though I'm not a Paw Patrol person, way past my demographic. I wish they re-released Disney's animated Sleeping Beauty to the big screen.
Each brand will have different ingredients so it may be a case of just checking the different brands and seeing what is best for your needs. I know some of the modelling chocolate that I use has milk powder in. If you can't find any suitable modelling chocolate it might be worth having a look at some modelling pastes ☺️
I try to make fancy cakes every year for my kids. Take inspiration from your channel. Was quite chuffed with dino one I made. Took inspiration from your realistic trex and cartoonie triceratops. Would love to show you. Do you have a discord or something for sharing things like that? Also people often say why don't I sell them but it's so time consuming I'm often up late into the night finishing them. How much would you charge for custom cakes?
