    The knee hugger elf is very collectible. Don’t pass those up when you see them. You will get a decent return on those ugly elves.

      It was painful to watch her put them back 😀. Can't believe they made it to the bins and didn't sell in the store beforehand. Of course those could have been reproductions, but still a great find.

      I was going to say the same thing. We had those growing up and didn’t save them but years ago I found two at a garage sale and I’m happy to have them on my tree again.

    You should have grabbed the elf you called creepy. They are from the 50's and 60's and collectable. My favorite thing you found is the wood duck. It looks really old and handmade. If he was all intact, he would be worth a lot of money. Thank God you found his head!!!

    Hey Judy, lavender clothesline, she doesn’t pay shipping and handling, the client does. So she takes into account how much her client might be willing to pay including shipping and handling. And she’s very organized. Her whole basement is her store. She carries over 5000. Items. And like you she’s very nice to listen to and very cordial.

I’m pretty sure I know what the funky comb looking thing is…my mom had one in the 1960/1970…it is a vintage angle food cake cuter…you had an awesome haul…oh and you should have gotten those felted elf’s…those sale for a lot on Etsy…love the darling silhouette pictures you found..those are precious!

    You could make stockings from that bed spread. I can't believe the stuff you find. I was surprised you left the wings since they would be so good for crafting for Christmas or Valentines. Those creepy knee hugging elves have a pretty high resale value. I will set my alarm for your sale.

    The comb metal with wood handle. We used to pick out our Afros in the late 60s and early 70’s. My husband’s hair was really curly so he used one!!!

    Ohhh girl those little elves are a big BOLO! Look at 18:32 those are elf knee huggers. Look at ebay sold comps. Highly sought after. I bet that whole little area was vintage decor. Love your videos! Wish we had bins in Louisiana like yours. I'm near Baton Rouge and the 2 we have in LA are too far and not worth the drive. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!

      I might be mistaken but the copper bowl with the knobs look like it could be a chamber pot. The sides are raised up to avoid spillage.

    Julie, girl. I don’t know if that’s a kitchen utensil, it looks like a hair utensil for an Afro. We call it a rake.
    Great haul. Love the small artwork the needlepoint and the silhouettes. The small linen books are great too. I pay up for mine when I find them as well.

      I think this one has the tines too close together to be a cake slicer. Back in the day, my black friends used this gadget to comb and fluff out their big Afro hair-dos. All the guys carried one in their back pocket.
