With ur Yorkshire puddings don’t put as much oil in you literally need like a tea spoon or half in each tray part and pop the tray with the oil in into the oven and only pour the batter mixture in when the oil is sizzling and red hot. it’s best letting ur mixture sit for a good half an hour or more before u use it this will help make them rise to! Your roast dinner looked cracken tho😍😍xx
With the sprouts try roasted them, or one of my favourite shred them and fry with butter till they go crispy, you could add bacon lardons too. A magical magical creation 😊
