And yes people with pimples shpuld avoid dairy as it increases kapha and have a lil spicy food as it helps eleminating built up.

I am 17 yr old. From 13 yr old I have faced many skin problems due to sensitive, oily skin ..then I went to Dermatologist and gave me some cream,facewaah .then my pimples in the skin had cured within 1 yr .after that someone recommended mato use some sunscreen, facewash ,toner .....before that I didn't use any cream ...after recommending such type of facial products, I had started these and my skin problems again started.....then I have used the medicines which the doctor had recommended first . After using clindac A gel ,my skin became more light and more sensitive..now my face became very bad than before ....now what can I do doctor???
