Ingat sa pag-endorse ng condominiums, especially never heard property developers. Never heard of Elements Residences and their track record. 300K PHP discount is too good to be true, they are selling it to OFWs and filipinos in Canada because Filipinos in Pinas are not buying their condo units. There are also exorbitant monthly fees involved in buying and maintaining a condo unit. Marami ng nagsisi sa pagbili ng condo. Baka ginagamit lang kayo ng developer/seller para makabenta ng condo units sa Canada. Just saying.
Yup, developer is GFL Metro. Never heard of them. Condo in PH are overpriced. Promoted sa mga nag aabroad bc nobody really can afford it sa pinas ng ganun na lang. Even banks are hesitant din ata to loan pag condo property. If you want to buy a condo, suggest sa kilala, mega world, smdc, ayala land corp. Especially wala tayo doon, dapat careful sa pag invest. And hopefully Cariño family refrain from promoting them too much, mahirap na.
