Baus did not buy a single point of armor to get tankier, only to deal more damage. He would answer that the 2 key stats for rammus are armor and magic pen, and that everything else is irrelevant. Ultimately, it depends on your playstyle. If you plan on sidelaning versus enemy mord and consider that your best gameplan is to beat him 1v1 whatever, the wits end is probably a decent item to build. An other gameplan including wits end would be to catch a dumb perma sidelaning mage. If you consider buying wits end for the ultimate teamfight power it provides, then you should already give up. Attack speed + on hit is completely useless to teamfight as a tank. If you intend to deal damage while also being somewhat tanky, then banshee veil is probably always better, even if it is pretty bad on rammus. If you plan on playing like an assassin, then build like baus every game, even vs 5 mages (play tank vs 5 mages though).

The FF button being active from the start wouldn't motivate people not to FF. I think the real problem is the game isn't fun from behind. I played Annie yesterday in a very even 40+ minute game with no more than a 2k gold lead each way. And the game felt so difficult the whole way through. So losing feels difficult, being even feels difficult. For this to fix either people need to stop being slowflakes (which will never happen) or being down in gold and exp needs to be more enjoyable. Maybe reduce the stats of all items by like 20% or something. It is crazy how a champion can feel totally different depending how far ahead they are. Lucian can 3/4 AA people if far enough ahead. If even in gold it takes 3/4 spells + 8 autos.
