Belle is eating too much. That explains why she beats up Bingo in boxing matches, she out wrestles him, and she even prefers the deep pool as Bingo prefers the shallow water. The owners have given Belle the advantage. Feed them in seperate rooms. Bingo likes to chew his food 29 times before swallowing. Belle utilizes her instincts and vacuums anything in front of her including Bingo's portion.
After a lot of flailing and contemplation over it not being chicken. Bingo learns that cooked fish tastes good. I'm like Belle, I prefer the raw fish, but to each their own. 💚
I suspect that Bingo does not eat fish because he associates it with a negative or traumatizing experience caused by the people who took him from the wild for the pet trade. They often badly care for them and only care about the sale/money.

I’m sure u get asked this all the time,but I’ll ask anyway. Do I have to move to another country to buy a baby ASC otter? I’ve already tried buying from a seller online and got scammed out of $500. I live near Seattle Washington and have property to make a ideal habitat, but i am prepared to do whatever it takes get my own otter. I just don’t wanna hear “It’s not possible “. Any help would be appreciated. Both your otters are the coolest pets I’ve ever seen! Thank u

I think bingo would prefer the normal bowl. An elevated bowl makes it hard for him to reach while lying down.
