Public places ma more likely in public transportation if someone tries to bully or harass someone( male,female and families) and tries to go for physical fight , so to prevent such fight can you call 15,? Kindly if someone knows ....

Kindly inform about what if we dial 15 by mistaken? I press power button of my phone by mistaken and then i reject the call before agent recive. Then i call them again and inform that call sent by mistaken and they said ok no worries.
