For people to know: -14 C is alright because we usually have like - 25 C or - 30 C in December.

If anyone was wondering why his board broke like 10 times, it's because the temperature makes the veneers separate from each other due to rapid expansion and contraction of the wood. The slightest pressure just eats boards. So not only was this Gosha shredding in -14 degrees, he was also having to swap decks at a simply insane rate.
Great observation. I wonder how much better epoxy- Resin7 decks hold up, if any better than regular wood glue..because regular wood glue, in many cases is not formulated to endure exposure to water, thus further increasing the probability of a board snapping..
I bet the technology used to made the deck could change that dramatically. Look at the Ambition snowskates: they are made out of the same Canadian Maple, but hold much better in winter conditions.
@@00ffdc yeah for sure. the other commenter mentioned resin decks, which I think is a great idea, but idk how well that would go. You know how skaters can be with change.
Plus idk how it would affect pop and all of that.

I grew up in Michigan and skated all through the winter was I was a teenager. So I completely understand what it is like skating through the snow and wet. This part was insane for these conditions.
