in step "reeboot to recovery" Minute 2:38 you have to press Volume down and Up together + Power instead of Volume Up + Power. Then it works. Thank You!!

It does not work for me. It keep asking me to enter previous PIN no matter how many times I do hard reset. In the end, I smash my HTC U11+ into million pieces. No more getting this stupid smartphone from HTC and any other phone manufacturer that do not provide a clear "backdoor" solution to reset every damn things including previous pin, password, pattern to the original factory setting.

Ko hiểu sao mìn dg dùng htc u11 nhưng ko vào dc mục cài đặt.Ấn tắt nguồn rồi sau đó nhấn nút giảm âm lượng vs nút nguồn giờ nó ko vào dc mục như video.nó vẫn bật dt lên như bt
