- I tested celebrity recipes in a video before, and you guys loved it! So here I am with another episode of Tested By Shivesh, wherein I am testing recipes by your favourite celebrities! Ummm... dark chocolate chips are usually vegan. Also, to get oat flour, just blend instant oats! That's what I do. South Indian houses usually have rice flour as well. You could just use normal wheat flour also---that's also vegan! 😄
In south Indian houses Rice flour is used oftenly.

As a vegan, I always have a bottle of apple cider vinegar in my house because it makes baked goods really soft. Also, easy egg replacer! 1 tsp baking powder mixed with 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar for 1 egg. My sister also hates the smell but she loves the result 😁

Rice flour is not at all fancy ingredient in Indian household. Especially in South India, Eastern part it's quite common.
