Its crazy how boring history as a subject was to me in school. Now at 35, its my absolute favorite topic to watch or read.. youre a genius with the hood eats format, hood eats are my favorite videos in TH-cam period.. keep em coming. Even little cities nobody knows of with interesting history. I think every place has interesting stories in their history, its just finding those stories thats challenging. Keep up the good work, from one Brian to another!

from someone whos from CT i love these videos... You really dont hear or see anything about us but its a great place to live, good food, all seasons, just high taxes. Thanks for giving us the credit we kind of deserve!!
I swear getting off school and watching this man while waiting for those holidays and riding Dirt Bikes with my Dad is the most amazing think in life! And man, u gotta be a history teacher or sum, know everything about each city🤣
Didn’t expect an upload this quick but I’m not complaining! You have definitely been a reason I want to ride when I get older. Thanks for another video 🫡
Man this was a blast from the past. I went to yale and obviously follow you because I’m into bikes. At exactly 5:07/8, you passed the small house me and a few buddies lived in through or senior year…just super cool to see on a video of yours, and very unexpected. Bit about Louie’s lunch hours… they are notorious for not giving a fuck and only being open when they want to. Sometimes they would go several days and be closed. Only to see it open while stumbling home drunk at 3 AM on a Tuesday. Another fact about it…they have a strict rule that there are absolutely no condiments, especially ketchup , allowed on the burgers. They see it as unnecessary as they’re so flavorful alone. This rule is so strictly enforced that if they catch you bringing ketchup to the shop they’ll take your burger, throw it out, and ask you to never come back. Seen it with my own eyes…haha. Burgers are good as fuck though.
14:35 and this is why I went from Chicago to Conneticut. New Haven is only an hour from me or so since I reside in Pawcatuck CT now and all the long roads are just so beautiful
That Lobster roll and grilled cheese looked so good! Love to see the owner of that being so proud! And he should too! Sal seems so chill too! Dropped a sub for the Eastcoastincrew as well. Nice scenic route too by the way. But also the architecture looks so good! Awesome! Seeing a Viper is always awesome for sure. Oh yeah and the Supra too, lol.
You are my favorite moto vlogger out there you even inspired me to get a bike I have to get my license first, only 1 more year. I love your bike it's so badass. Stay safe out there, Brian
W vid! Two uploads a week is awesome! I was in the east coast this august, and it is so different from the Midwest in terms of architecture, food, roads, landscapes, etc. Defintly puts midwest sea food to shame lol. Hope you enjoyed it there! 🫡
Ct welcomes you Brian … really enjoyed this one being a Ct local … I only went to Uconn so not super smart lol…thanks again for the content this vid made my day … lots of good twisties here too !
This is crazy I grew up in the town over from New Haven never thought id see this on a hood eats. Definitely a lot of other places in ct that would make good spots for good eats keep up the great work always a great day when I see a hood eats is in my feed

LAHBSTA ROLLS from CT are life changing haha Lenny and Joes my fav, I'll have to try this place next time I'm out there! You are absolutely right, meat bread and butter, anything else is unnecessary. Midwest can't touch east coast bagels, or seafood... or pizza lmao

It's what happens when you "sanitize" history for schools lol. The dirty parts of history are the parts that give it meaning.

@bigyeet8905 I get what you're both saying but people definitely remember the bad stuff more, hence the news mainly being negative🤷🏼♂️
"Running around, TAXIN people"
