Amanda, this is so good! I can’t wait for part 2. I have a smooth muscle genetic disorder (ACTA2) and I’ve been completely stable for years until after I had Covid. I’ve now had small growth every year in my aorta. I had long covid and have struggled with histamine and I’m almost convinced that all of that is connected. Thank you for speaking on what so many people are not! I’ve learned so much over the years from you.

Thanks for this and the part 2!
What are your professional opinion about CIRS? as I'm searching for root causes of my symptoms and piecing together the info (it seems I have MCAS, hypermobility, neurodivergence, among other potential things. And my apparent POTS essentially went away thanks to an elimination diet), CIRS (chronic inflammatory response syndrome) seems a likely unifying factor. Would love to hear your professional opinions on this. Obviously in general terms, in educational terms, as you wouldn't be able to diagnose an individual that isn't your patient.

Great question, I can cover this in the future!
