+Justin Penny Because they want to be part of a genre thst is to hard for them. They alternate growling parts to autotuned melody. And that just isn't ok to metalheads, they are commercial and empty, without anything really special. If they tried to insert some originality in their work they would probably get huge, but this is all copied from bands like MIW

I'm not saying the screamer is bad, (he killed it in their song "The way we were"). I just wished he didn't have such a brutal scream for some songs. I would love to have a song with the lead (clean) singer and small parts of the screamer to support him like at 3:19-3:50
Quite enjoy these guys, they have a similar sound to like In Hearts Wake and For the Fallen Dreams, but they do the hardcore/metalcore bits well and their clean sections are quite refreshing. Deffinitely gonna see them at download :)
The heavy vocals are fine. He has just chosen to use a low-mid vocal range for this album to suit the music, lyrics etc. If you listen to their older stuff you will hear more of a variation. I think his vocals still sound fucking epic and that it was a good decision
I see nothing wrong with the "screamer's" vocal style. It actually suits the music. He has obviously chosen for a lower register. He shouldn't be receiving hate for it.
Have you realized in every video, there are the "orange" amps in the background. I just found that a tad interesting, over that that This song makes me cry its that fucking amazing!

I can't understand it either? The constant lows are a nice change to the constant frys and common-highs of false chord and stuff. Some people are too mainstream to realise what this band have done is jumped on the train of other unique bands like I Killed The Prom Queen :D
Because Ed Butcher, Crafter and Jamie Hope from Prom Queen all use false chord technique and they also sound amazing, along with Winston McCall of Parkway Drive, even I myself use it.
