"Missing" with a FAB3000 is like "missing" with a nuke: It doesn't really matter because there is very very very little that can protect you from that within a 900 meter radius.

In truth, blast waves can bounce and overlap, increasing the damage even behind hard cover. However, in this case, I do think that was a miss on the building. Though in case of an excessive payload you can afford the luxury of missing a dozen of meters.

Even IF it missed - it was the first reported attempt. So what? Also, those are glide bombs - there are things that can not be adjusted and it may just have been unlucky (bad wind, no way to adjust in the last km enough due to lack of kinetik energy). Show me 10 videos and we talk - one means nothing, especially not of one of the first deployed ones. By all accounts it could be a programming error - it is not like we did not have those in the west (including large missilies blowing up of the epic Pentium bug in math).

We know Ukrainian takes heavy losses and Russia doesn't by their actions. Russia stated with a significantly smaller force, and had a single, much publicised draft. Ukraine has had a series of ongoing drafts there entire conflict, thinking they had a never ending resource. If you been near a 155mm that weighs 48kg with the distance that this “miss” had you’d be toast.
Never deny reality just because you don’t like it, people.
Why put in good chips in the FAB that hits in a 5 by 5 meter area when it doesn’t matter if you hit even 40 by 40 meter off target?
I think Russia made a mistake in introducing these FAB-3000 in penny packets though, same mistake the Germans used to do.

Thing is, FAB-3000 are at best a niche sidegrade, it's impact is mostly psychological as ukies don't have anything a couple of FAB-1500 or FAB-1000 can't already destroy (both if which they're already terrified of shitless as well). So a FAB-3000 has a little over 1000kg of explosive , the radius of destruction or lethal radius should be twice as far . We talk about 700m , everyone inside that building is probably gone . Also, destruction and lethal are different measurements - the human body is extremely fragile.

The actual casualties being somewhere around 75 000 to 80 000 seems a reasonable with a 2.5 - 3x ratio for Wounded/MIA/Captured/Deserted making it total removed from the battle field around 300 000 - which if we take that announcement a while ago that over 400 000 new recruits signed onto the special operation .... it would explain why Russia is opening new fronts, like in the north and what you called the newyork front ... while the losses are heavy the number of forces at their disposal is going up not down .....
The issue for Ukraine is in a vide a few days/weeks ago you showed an estimation of killed for Ukraine you showed was around 50 000 pretty close if I remember correct, if we add similar ratios through I suspect the Wounded/MIA/Captured/Deserted ratio for Ukranie is higher than for Russia ... through not by much 3-4x maybe because of the firepower and ari advantage Russia has .... this is a big problem as this means the numbers are comparable ... which is a disaster for Ukraine, as it needs to inflict significantly higher casualties than take just because of the population dynamics.
But it would be in line with the Ukraine need 550 000 men - this includes not just lost forces, but also additional troops needed to defend additional Frontlines, shore up defenses, rotate units and counterattack ...
That said those numbers may be underestimated but to what degree it is hard to tell ... we would have to be talking at least a doubling of the 85 000 excess death number for it to start having serious impact on Russias forces, and again if the situation is similar for Ukraine its still an big issue for them .... because again unless Ukraine is dealing significantly more casualties than it is taking it just does not have the numbers to keep this up ... which would explain the push to put NATO forces in the backline to free more personnel for the frontline.
    A
