SOHC or DOHC? had a short sit on one and checked it over - very well made and almost half the cost of a Suziki/Honda/Kawasaki/Yamaha, better brakes than all of them. You really should make more of the fact that it has Radial calipers AND is E4 compliant. Can't wait to try one (Daughter is 17 and wants a sports bike - no contest! It has to be a LXR)
Got my LXR from the dealer yesterday... it’s great for a 125 and wouldn’t say it’s feels any lower budget than the gsxr 125 I rode recently! Solid so far, and just about manages to haul my heavy (powerlifters) carcass around. This video doesn’t do justice to the sound of it either, for a stock exhaust its pretty loud.
Hey Dean, Glad you're enjoying the bike. I agree with the Audio We have been using a Sena headset for audio which is great for noise reduction but it does unfortunately tone down the exhaust.
I was stuck between a Lexmoto Monza scooter and The Viper bike with it's sound system. But I think now I have made my choice, this bike, LXR in Black and red. £2200+ cash waiting.
One week into ownership and it’s great, gets up to speed much faster than I thought, a really fun bike to go into college and back. Would definitely recommend this brand to anyone
Viewing one in person for the first time tomorrow and can’t wait I’ve been wanting this bike for a long time and if it’s how I think it is online in person I’m purchasing :)
@Ollie many people who bash the bike, red lining it, not maintaining it like you supposed to many of the parts can and will take a huge damage and break. Personally, Yes absolutely worth spending 2.5k on it or a better alter is YZFR 125, test ride on it was an absolute blast but as I said I'd you're looking for a cheap and reliable one. LXR is undefeated
@@adiheale2926 It is a very good bike. Much better than Chinese bikes of the past, and the chassis and large rear tyre make it look like a bigger bike, which I like a lot. I have had issues with the ignition barrel, but apparently they're making them with a better one these days. But the 2 year warranty has covered that anyway.
Maybe in future do like a RR version with DOHC and a 6 spd box and market for like £2,499. I would definitely be happy to buy that over a yzfr or cbr I love this bike and I will be placing a preorder immediately. Great stuff guys.
With that sort of motor you're looking closer to £3499. The motor is the most expensive bit of the bike and you tend to find the high performance ones jump up quite a bit.
Still think there is a need to do an RR version or another sport bike with 6 speed and upside down forks and even at £3499 I’m sure your have people knocking the dealers doors down to buy one 😉
Great video guys. Amazing you sold out of this already, its such a stylish bike. I would argue that as you got everyone excited, and it was available, it was fresh in peoples minds. They were excited, they could get it right away - boom. Great idea. Plenty of times ive seen Lex do an announcement, loads of excitement and then it wains until its available. Stick with ur new model and benefit from the hype and immediate availibility. Think I saw some good lean on that roundabout as well!
My old Lexmoto Adrenaline 125cc was very fast for a 125cc, did do a few things to it though. changed the sprockets for more top end, up jetted the carb to 115 had the lexteck exhaust de-baffled (straight through), race air filter and my bike would pull 88 MPH on a slight downhill at full tuck. thought my speedo was incorrect but then my step father rode next to me on his Yamaha YZF 600cc Thundercat and his speedo said exactly the same as mine 88 MPH, great little bike taught me a lot.
I would love to see a super sport addition of the LXR like remove the wing mirrors, change the exhuast, maybe swap plastic panels to some carbon fibre 😉 or just put some fake carbon fibre, maybe some different tyres, double bubble screen (tint of your choice) have racing stickers (like the hwak) and it can be called "track addition" just something thrown in there. Chinese bikes can cover a range of different models including the CB125F from Honda and the Yamaha YS. The XTRS was originally launched in 2010 and was discontinued in 2016. The factory that make the XTRS are now owned by Fiat. We've actually used a different supplier for the LXR but you do need to remember there is about £1000 difference between the two models. Most of the reason training schools tend to use CGs is the lack of plastics to damage when they're dropped. We do actually have a Lexmoto for training school program which assists training schools which is going really well.

15 hp, 6 speed and DOHC would be great! I'm interested in this one, but still need to check out Suzuki's GSX-R125, which doesn't offer the nice frame and size this one does...
@@lexmotomotorcycles I bet, for the announced price it's truly appealing... But I do believe you could offer something with DOHC, USD and 6 gears, even if costs 1 extra grand, I'd go for it. This one has a killer design. Thanks!

Hi, I'm afraid we don't have a luggage rack available for this bike. Lextek do have some soft luggage options available that will work though. :) Hope this helps
this is a new bike let see after one year what will happen???? I always had Yamaha and honda when I was 20,,,, honda is fantastic please let me know if you have LXR experiences
Very nice bike! Might just get one of these when i turn 17. Also, i don't know if it is possible but i would love to see you do a naked bike with the same/similar parts and specs of the LXR. I would be very interested in something like the zsx-r but with a bit more power as i plan on doing a few weekend trips when i get a 125cc. Even a 9-11kw 125cc Adventure bike would be cool.
@Aka_angrygoose yeah i am aware of that model, however looking at the specs, it has 7kw of power which means it will struggle to do anything higher than 60mph. Which for a 125 is not great. I want to do some longer trips which would be on a lot of dual carriageway and 60mph max is not safe.
This looks really good for a 125, just a few things could have made it better. The strange braking system (a more normal duel discs front brake would be so much better and rare on 125), black or red levers. The pillion seat and pegs should be an option. People riding 125 with a CBT can't carry anyone and full licence holder might prefer a bigger bike.
Hello. Thank you for your message. We are always looking to improve our products and seeing our customers happy. We will keep your feedback in mind for future improvements.
Is this gonna have all the same problems as the Venom EFI? Fuel injection issues, wrong spark plugs supplied, ECU problems, exhaust sensors faulty, shite tires, air pipe, valves...
It's made by a completely different factory to the Venom EFI sharing barely any similarities. The Venoms have had a new fuel map available for a few months now. Has yours been updated?
Yes mine had been updated, the problems still persisted. Eventually got a refund. The dealership Whateverwheels in Blackburn, UK. Accidentally covered it in tarmac.

Mate go for 125 2 strokes and maybe dtr trials type u can jack up the rear for tall ppl but im just shy of 6ft and it always felt tall 4 me and 2 stroke are 2x the power of 4 strokes so enjoy
Is it possible to buy these in Germany or Austria ? Or can dealers in UK ship this motorcycle to Germany ? im really interested but cant find it anywhere outside of uk....
Looking to buy an LXR atm but every dealer I've contacted has told me the OTR price isn't what u guys are saying... There all adding 100 to 150 on top for dvla fees..... What's that all about... That should be included shouldn't it???
Hi Peter! The price shown is the Recommended retail price (RRP) of the vehicle. The on the road (OTR) charges generally consist of Registration (£55), Tax (£20), Number plate, L plates, Any delivery charges and any other charges or services the dealer may include. It might be worth asking dealers to clarify what these charges include as they likely vary. It's also worth querying the dealer's future servicing costs to make sure you settle with the right dealer for you :) I hope this helps.
Nice and quite bike , looks good and a smooth ride, i would like to see built in to this bike a GPS system next to the speedo, and a couple of USB connections , both would be very useful if you are traveling a long way or touring with the bike , the bike looks overall very good and i shall buy one soon , stay safe bye

The digital display will switch to adjustment mode 4. Switch Hi-Lo switch to Hi 5. The first digit will begin flashing 6. Riding a 125 on a motorway what a mad lad.
It's alright mate, your italian is great. For sure better than my english when I first came to the UK two years ago.
The LXR needs 6 gears like the GSXR125 would be so much better on the engine 😅
Looks like they listened
@@LF-lv4ov haha yeah
Can't wait to purchase this as my very first bike
Great! We are waiting for your feedback and photos! You can send these on Facebook/Instagram! Enjoy! :)
I’m 5ft 3 am I too small 😂
Cant wait to get this bike in our showroom and also give it a ride test video
just brought a lxr :) same one
I'm having a problem with the lights on my lxr they are intermittent and when I press the horn they go off completely I've changed the battery checked inside the left side case were horn switch is any ideas what it could be
Hi, I apologise, this message got missed originally . If you still require assistance can you go to www.lexmoto.co.uk/contact.php and send the details over. Someone will try to assist you.
15 hp, 6 speed and DOHC would be great! I'm interested in this one, but still need to check out Suzuki's GSX-R125, which doesn't offer the nice frame and size this one does...
Once you've checked out the competition, we think that you'll come back to the LXR.
@@lexmotomotorcycles I bet, for the announced price it's truly appealing... But I do believe you could offer something with DOHC, USD and 6 gears, even if costs 1 extra grand, I'd go for it. This one has a killer design. Thanks!
I want one of these .However is there any chance Lexmoto will be bringing out a nigh on full power version .
We always trying to squeeze more out of them! there are limitations sadly. We'll keep trying!
I recently bought a lexmoto Falcon which is a great little bike, will there be any videos posted about the Falcon?
Pls do a ride out of the Titan!!!
I'd buy one but I'm broke as shit after having my MT125 stolen , this bike is gorgeous though and if I ever do get that chance I'll be trying one of these out for sure
"we do not merge into things like lawn mowers or pianos" is that calling out Yamaha😂 love it, great bike
The mowers was Honda, Yamaha for Pianos 🤣
My yamaha guitar is amazingggg
@@CR47Ycam What MPG do you get?
@@lexmotomotorcycles depends how fast I'm playing 😉
@@CR47Ycam 🤣
Great looking bike I'm thinking of getting one just wish it was a 2 stroke used to love hitting the power band crazy bikes they were
2 Strokes were certainly interesting. Unfortunately European emissions standards identified that they were really bad for the environment.
@@lexmotomotorcycles most things that are fun seem to be. Nice job on the lxr anyway it looks awesome just had a look at one in the flesh
70mph is an impressive top speed for a 125, a lot of 125’s these days can just about manage 60-65.
My Yamaha r-125 2008 can reach 80mph...
My Aprilia RS50! Can reach 65mph without any custom parts. Aprilia 125 go up to 100. Aprilia ftw! 👍🏻
@@jakester3124 2 stroke is different, this is a 4 stroke
First lexmoto I've had any interest in whatsoever so great job. Do you guys have one to view at lexeter? Or even better a demo.
Hi James, We're unfortunately only open to trade visitors. Be sure to check out one of our nearby dealerships to see the model in the flesh :)
Looks like a fantastic bike. However, if I buy one for my next bike, is it possible to fit a top box onto it for commuting?
Hi, I'm afraid we don't have a luggage rack available for this bike. Lextek do have some soft luggage options available that will work though. :) Hope this helps
this is a new bike let see after one year what will happen???? I always had Yamaha and honda when I was 20,,,,
honda is fantastic please let me know if you have LXR experiences
We've seen plenty of very well looked after LXR's looking very good for being a year/nearly 2 years old
Very nice bike!
Nice bike, I will buy one for summer ride 🤗
Good choice!
Wow what a beauty 😍😍
We think so too! :D
can you recommend a helmet that blocks out the wind from blowing up into your face? I have dry eye
goes out to Lexmoto I just wanted to know what gloves are they are you selling them I did not see a link on TH-cam I mean if you can where nice gloves like that then boy hit me up
The gloves in the video are Alpinestars Sp8
I'm off to see the dealer next week. I want one of these.
Would be amazing if it was possible to get a service manual for the aspire 125 efi not even my dealer has a manual
Damn that looks very nice.
I hear this is based on a 300cc chassis. So... Are you gonna take the plunge with a 300?
I'm 6ft 3 and 19 stone , worried that given my tall and pretty heavy size that speed will not be great but as its a first time bike im kinda stuck with regards options. would you say that this would be an ideal bike for someone of my frame/weight or should i perhaps look into a 250?
Mate go for 125 2 strokes and maybe dtr trials type u can jack up the rear for tall ppl but im just shy of 6ft and it always felt tall 4 me and 2 stroke are 2x the power of 4 strokes so enjoy
When's the chieftain ride out coming ?
We are working on that right now, so keep an eye out as it will be uploaded soon.
@@lexmotomotorcycles excellent thanks !
now i want to get rid of my cbf for this its gorgeous
I like the look of the lexmoto Hunter is there a 125 version
Just the 50cc I'm afraid.
more than two colourways to choose from would be nice, fantastic looking bike though! its got me wanting to blow my hard earned
We'll see what the future holds!
What I want to see is a lexmoto tekken exhaust system before I end up making my own
Maybe should look into upgrading the engine capacity to 150cc or 180cc.😊
In the UK you'll struggle to find anything of that size. We find our market here is either 125cc then 250cc.
Need 2 bring in India this bike
Love it looks awesome I need one
Nice and quite bike , looks good and a smooth ride, i would like to see built in to this bike a GPS system next to the speedo, and a couple of USB connections , both would be very useful if you are traveling a long way or touring with the bike , the bike looks overall very good and i shall buy one soon , stay safe bye
Hi Geoff, Thanks for these ideas. I will pass this over to our development team for their consideration. Happy riding!
I cannot tell from the online information, but would a fork stem accessories holder be compatible with this bike?
Hi lexmoto what would u say the tank range is on full tank how many miles can u get
I wish lexmoto would bring out a automatic motorcycle in 125cc as I have disabilities and find it very hard to change gear I know there scooters but who wants to ride a scooter
We're always on the look out for anything that can help in this area, fingers crossed for electric 125 equivalent motorbike!! they are full auto mode.
Does Zongshen have a USA model of this Italian beast?
The LXR is produced for us by a factory called Taro. I don't know what USA distribution they have.
Just purchased this bike and i was wondering if the rear 52 litre luggage compartment is easy to fit ? tHANK YOU :)
Hi, We have a luggage rack in development and you'll need that before fitting the top box.
Great video, do you know how to change the speedo from miles to km on this LXR
This is a bit of a long one...
1. Turn on ignition
2. Cycle Hi-Lo switch 10 times (Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi-Lo)
3. The digital display will switch to adjustment mode
4. Switch Hi-Lo switch to Hi
5. The first digit will begin flashing
6. The display will cycle through the digits automatically until KPH display flashes
7. DO NOT attempt to adjust any other digits
8. Once KPH is flashing cycle the Hi-Lo switch (Lo-Hi-Lo-Hi)
9. Wait for the display to stop flashing
10. Key ignition off.
I got LXR125 its an amazing bike
But can you make it so it hits 85mph easily??
We will always strive to improve our range and the bikes capabilities, who knows what the future holds!
What about its BHP & TORQUE?
mine sometimes cuts out at junctions when pulling the clutch in to stop, any ideas please?
Thats true what yu said, yu got a point, lol you got many good points, thanks
You are more than welcome Ismail! :D
What’s the reliability like ? Would prefer an answer from a user that owns this bike. Thanks.
We'll stand back on this one. You might get a better response from the Lexmoto LXR owners group on Facebook however :)
Lexmoto UK okay I’ll join that, thank you. Very responsible reply.
Is it possible to ship the bike to SA?
Hello IssBullet,
I would highly recommend that you contact one of our international distributors, please see them in the link below:

Hi Ben, In what way is it not what it says it is? Hope we can shed some light.

Please can you advise me and thank you for your time Manuel
