Distributing paper documents via HP MFPs by pre pending "Routing Sheets"

Using HP Capture and Route, Public and Private distribution lists can be set up in advance via web client. The address lists, sender, and files formats for document transmission are encoded into a printable "Routing Sheet" that is pre-pended to the documents being scanned. No other information is required. A one button press is all that is required at the HP MFP. Destinations can include multiple email addresses, file store destinations, fax numbers and printers.
