My last two orders have absorbed way to much of the ink especially red. I had that same exact problem with all of mine. It was so disappointing. 😢Thanks for your video . I enjoy stitching and coloring as well.
Had same problem with paintsomeway canvas and chart. And the canvas smelled mouldy. Waited ages for it to even come and then both were smeared and so hard to read. They sent me out another canvas,no chart though and once again that took ages. I won’t be buying from there again. Quality control everywhere seems to be dropping.

@@thestitchingcolourist thank you . they sent me a new canvas,no chart and the other one is useless so if I wanted to ever use it again I can’t. I have found that I don’t like their quality anyway,another one of the cross stitch stores has canvases with much more detail. It’s very upsetting because I bought two kits that I was wanting for so long and have started them now but the faces (I like to start there,I don’t know why) the faces have hardly any detail and are so blurry. They are 11 count but my other 11 count from a different store has lovely details. I won’t buy there again. They were quite rude about replacing it too. Lost my custom.
