I adopted my son and he gave me 5 (3 of them he adopted) grandchildren. On Saturday (July 2nd) I became a great grandfather and in 2 months I'm going to have another great grandchild. The best thing I ever did was adopt this young man because he changed my life forever and I'm a happier man today because of him. The only problem I have is now I'm a GREAT grandfather and I'm starting to feel old lol.
I was adopted at the age of two by two angels who gave me the best childhood anyone could ever hope for. My birth Mother had problems....and my parents were unable to have children. I've always believed we were meant to be. I love watching these compilations.
Most of the times, Adopted parents are more caring towards children coz they understand the value of children & what it feels like when u r unable to give birth 😊
The step dads breaking down gets me everytime. I think a big part of it is that you realize someone believes in you and loves you even if you don't yourself.
Yes, but I think a huge part of it is that it's a form of recognition for all that they step parent has done and they feel validated and take it as confirmation that they are loved back equally. That the adoptee truly sees them as their parent and not a fill in.
Please explain to these wonderful gentlemen that in the case where the adults are crying... At least in the United States, there are many single mothers or single fathers who live with and or marry a new partner. But there is sensitivity towards the children--the new wife/husband/partner does not want to force the child to accept and recognize them as their new parent. So there are cases where the child is the one to gift the partner with adoption papers, asking them "Will you officially be my mom/dad?" It is usually very emotional, as some children have bad experiences with their birth parent and don't easily trust adults because of how they've been treated in the past. So it is a big deal when they "give permission" to the new parent.
It's annoying when they get to watch videos that isn't narrated in their language, or the producer doesn't explain what they're watching, so they watch without getting what is going on. they just have to interpret body language, and just watch a bunch of random people reading things in English and cry.
@@Asa...S Usually the producer of this channel does a very good job explaining and translating, so I'm not sure what was different about this video. I hope he's doing well!
I knew a widowed woman with a grown son in college and 2 small children. The woman remarried and her new husband wanted to legally adopt the younger children. The older son went to the man and asked if he could be adopted, too, even though he was no longer a child. He even wanted to take his step dad’s last name. This older man wept tears of joy like in the video.
Every person alive wants to belong to something. A connection to a person who will always have your back in all things is priceless. I love adoption stories! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love most when step children want their step parents to adopt them 😫😫😫 I cry every time.
One thing that quickly becomes apparent is the truly kind and compassionate hearts these men have - ( I'm 56 and for 56 years I've loved how their culture waggles their heads when happy or agreeing, that just kills me, it's great lol ).
I love that reaction too! I want to tell them it's adorable, but not in an offensive like you are a child way, but just that I think the affectation is cute. I also love the way Babu holds his hands out in praise.
My niece and nephew are adopted and we feel we are lucky to have them in our lives. We never let them think we don't love them with all our hearts. They were beautiful gifts that enrich our lives every day.
This just goes to prove that blood doesn't make you family, real family is within the heart, it takes a special person to be a mother or father to a child grown or not.
There's a case for the other edge of that sword too. Many broken families who find eachother later in life have too many commonalities to be coincidence.
I really like all the people on your videos, but I LOVE Babu and his three 'adopted' mischievous sons, full of love and respect for each other. May the adventures continue!! Your channel is special. I would love to have experiences of different types and travel excursions, they are very lucky.
watching the emotional video reactions on this channel is amazing. for most of my life i have suffered with severe depression and drug issues to the point where my emotions were dead, totally dulled and numbed. no happiness no sadness just empty void. i am on the road to recovery or i am at least trying the best i can and taking life one day at a time and living in the present now. it is good to be able to cry, these videos are so emotional and i love to see such touching moments in peoples lives and i love to see the wonderful men on this show react to it with me. they all have such beautiful hearts and souls and i wish more people were like them

Greetings and blessings. I am a new subscriber...I saw one video and have spent good time watching many in a row with laughter and tears. I am so joyful to see this group together. Thankyou so much for simple reminders thay we are more the same than different. In gratitude, love from Minnesota.
Such humble and simple people as these villagers have deep insight into human emotion and needs. . They understand so much, despite their limited exposure to "the world" . . Their wisdom is simple but deep. . Much respect to all of them.
I was adopted at five days old by wonderful parents. This video was difficult to watch because my sweet mom died one month ago, just 8 days shy of her 100th birthday. My Mom helped me find both sides of my biological family. She was unselfish and so was the girl who gave me up 60 years ago. I have a beautiful relationship with my biological mother and she was so grateful that my mom and dad gave me a wonderful life. My Dad died suddenly 40 years ago so it was just Mom and me since then. Adoption is a selfless act on the part of the biological mother who can't take care of her baby. This is a really beautiful video. ❤️
Being adopted runs atleast 3 generations. I am a proud woman of the man I call Pops...a loving word I give him. I was age 12 when he came into my life, i am 63 he still stands by my side.
I'd love to see the group react to a video about the surrealist art movement, especially Dali and Magritte. I think Aman might be interested because he likes art.
You adopt a child as you have love to give to the child and a promise for a better life filled with warmth and the privilege of guiding that child through their early life with the comfort and love of a family brings.
I lived for a while among the aboriginal people of NW Ontario, Canada. It was a custom among them too, to give a baby to parents whose last child had grown and left the home. They could not imagine an "empty nest"! Of course, this was in tiny villages, so the child would grow up with its own parents close by. I have a friend who was raised by her grandparents that way.
🙂I was adopted from Kolkata India when I was 7 years old, I was a street orphan and I live in America now.I LOVE my mom who adopted me. Beautiful video.🙏
Every child deserves a loving, stable family. In some ways, being adopted is better as it 100% validates that those people picked you. God bless all these beautiful families 🖤
I never doubt that our Common Men should think negative about adoption and right I was! As a mother of three adopted children I´m happy to hear their reactions. Having them in my life have not only giving me a lot of love and life lessons...it has also given me a lifelong relationship to their homecountries in asia and south america, getting me to dig deeper into their cultures. Also a bigger family even if I don´t know the birthparents I do have 2 sisters in China and one in Colombia who has given me the biggest gift you ever can get! I wish that we one day may meet and until then I hope for them being well and feel asure that their children are safe, loved and doing very well!
having a child regardless if they are related to you or not is a blessing if you want children. also, you should show them videos about ocean conservation in Namibia rescuing seals trapped in all kinds of fishing pollution. I believe five men in that area are very dedicated. their reactions are so sweet too! they have huge and compassionate hearts. thank you Common Man Show for making us think more about others. my own father was adopted so this struck home for me.
I think a compilation video of children coming in from China to their new adoptive parents at the airports would be an excellent item for the gentlemen to view. These are babies and small children, who are meeting their adoptive parents for the first time. It's lovely.
Thank you for this No, adoption is usually adult adopting children and sometimes young adult (like a childhood friend who got adopted after 18), but you can adopt adults too, but sometimes the child asked the parent to adopt them but I guess that was confusing to them... And it's not always love and happiness, sometimes the child goes to a bad person or bad people and gets mistreated (kinda like cinderella in the story) or worse and then it's anything but good... And good timing because I recently became a parent kind of like this way, but in a way I got adopted into being the new parent (because one of the other two is a terrible and useless person) and then officially too, and then later...! have a lovely and safe day all!
There are 30 million orphans in India. People who wants to have a child of their own could chose one of those who doesn't have any parents at all, and parents who can raise a child doesn't have to give up their kids just to do what you describe as "the most selfless thing"
I'm hoping to adopt one day. the world is full of innocence that needs a home. A place to belong,be safe and welcome without conditions no matter how hard and impossible things get.
