Ras kitchen is definitely my favorite show on youtube. I really like the fact that you show the sceneries, and actually film whats happening instead of just talking and aiming the camera at your own face. All the content also makes me feel calm. Im studying plants and gardening at the moment, and visiting mokko someday is the dream.

Here in West Palm Beach FL there’s a bunch of Ackee trees / exotic fruit trees that have been planted by Jamaicans in the area. My friend had one in her yard and made amazing tacos with it, very simple just boiling it and some spices. I need to search the low hanging fruit again.. don’t know if they opened yet. hopefully I don’t “pick the wrong fruit” haha.

I want to see Mathew cook for Ratty and Mokko just to change things up a bit. Just for one time only lol.
I grew up with two ackee trees in our backyard. As a child I ate ackee with sausage regularly. The ackee and the sausage were boiled to desired tenderness separately. Then we fried up the onion, sweet peppers and tomato then put the ackee and sausage in together. We mixed them and finished off with black pepper.
Mokko old school. He look like he nah eat from nobody unless he or his wife prepare it. Just like my pops, he nah trust nobody with his belly 😂
Even the ants on the cup is relaxed. Chilling.
