So true about the useful exercise. My neighbor is over 90 but she's outside everyday, pulling weeds in her small front yard, rinsing out the trash cans, scrubbing her porch, trimming the edge of the lawn with scissors, chatting with neighbors. She's doing well even though she even went through breast cancer and other horrific events in her life. She is full of love, life and happiness. 🌺🌺
1.Aqeedah(know your Lord and connect with Him) 2.do good deeds. 3.excercise regularlyy(3 tiimes a week..for 30 mins) 4.socialize(be with pple and not always on ur phone 5.eat. healthy (omega 3 suplements) In sha Allah will try to do just that.. May Allah heal me and give me strength to kick anxieties and depression in my life and all who are going through it as well ameen!jazakallahh kheyr
