just started putting one of these together tonight, gave up for the night, this should not be attempted on a work night, a long weekend maybe, but not a work night. thank you for this video, it will be VERY helpful, those instructions had me wanting to pull out my hair more than a few times.
took 25 minutes with this video you are the only one on here that actually put it together in video thank you very much only thing i saw you missed was bolt in center of pulley great job
I have this particular model and I assembled it. This guy didn't install the 4 big washers on the wheels. He should have had use an adhesive to hold the drum gasket in place during drum assembly. He didn't show installing a retaining bolt on the wheel pulley and finally he installed the control handle without compressing the tension spring, which can not happen.
Doing the tension spring on this type of model that doesn't have the small silver plate or release tension screw is a muther when doing it by yourself. A lot of muscle and patiences is needed.
Two things: 1st I'd like to know if you had a hard time putting the handle with the spring on. I found it really difficult since they did away with the adjustment bolt. 2nd I think you have the paddles on backward. The instructions say to put the small end down (like you did) and to have the "V" bend facing the direction the drum turns (opposite the way you did it) It may work just as good? Nice video!
@@tonyknapp6820 The only thing that comes to mind is you are tilting it on the wrong side. One side it turns clockwise and the other counter clockwise if that makes sense? I'm not sure.....sorry
Sorry amigo, but you edited steps where folks might run into trouble. For example: the handle to tilt and lock the mixing bowl in place. You'll need a large C clamp to compress the spring...
I used spray on arts and crafts glue. You just want the gasket to stay in place when you put the drum together. I didnt see any spring washers being used.

You can see the washers for the wheels laying on the ground @ 1.05 minutes

thx for this, this is what i was looking for.
Thank you,I can't get my spring in.
What kind of glue did you use on the gasket
You don't
Gasket sealer- find at Auto parts store.

El gasket lo pusiste muy fácil!
Yo no puedo 🤷♂️
El empake tiene su lado, de un lado esta plano y del otro tiene cuña,., fijate en el tambor,., un lado esta plano y del otro tiene el borde
So fast
Some of these steps need 2 people: the paddles on inside and compressing the sprining., and lifting the bottom.tub in place.
Compressing the spring by yourself is doable but takes a bit of muscle and patience. Keep some beer near afterwards to celebrate the victory.
