One thing I like about Valhalla is the sound of the not so hidden blade
It’s funny, because Eivor actually wears it how it was first intended to be used. Darius wore it on the top of his wrist. Bayek just created a long line of unnecessary finger cutting

but the stealth mechanics are so raw and simple. I hate that it pretends to bring stealth back, but actually does it so badly
@@gabrielalves8206 stealth have always been simple in ac games. if you really want a realistic and complex stealth experience play other rpg games where the whole outpost or camp you are infiltrating gets alerted when you kill a single person no matter how you kill them
@@alduinfr these are two extremes. I doesnt need to be super realistic to become fun. AC Valhalla stealth is simply useless. The predecessors had simple but working stealth, with a lot of mechanics, actually. Two different worlds.
@@gabrielalves8206 and what the hell is interesting about the old games' stealth? it's literally the same with valhalla. i've played all of the games from assassin's creed 2 to unity and they are all really simple and are similar. the only game i found stealth to be actually fun is unity. the games before thst are mostly just retextures except black flag. and even still black flag still use a ton of assassin's creed 3's assets or even animations, same with the combat.

Happy to see someone who uses proper stealth and not god-like abilities.... It's been a long time since I have seen someone play this game with proper stealth instead of abilities...
I do that as well, when I do stealth assassinations I don’t use abilities, however when I do hand to hand combat I use abilities but not often though.
@@yerickdomenech8451I try to fight people normally, and get pretty awkward with my fighting (messing up ez dodges and stuff) so I honestly can’t be bothered

This is some of the most effing clean and satisfying, assassins creed spirit AC gameplay I’ve seen in a long while. Swiftyunknown and Gamer lvl good. Bravo and it makes me want to buy this now (and reclaim my broken AC Origin)…

I love the look of this game, I think the stealth is a lot better then it's made out to be, the parkours visually appealing to me, and I have over 300 Hours on Unity, One of the greatest Parkour sets out of the franchise, with amazing visuals, (and it's not as buggy anymore, sure their still there but I hardly get them so don't reply with "BUT THERES BUGS" Because theres really not anymore.
I haven't played Assassin's Creed: Valhalla.
But I will be soon, I'll make my own video on my thoughts of the game, and some stealth videos of my own.
Therefore I'll truly be able to see how the stealth mechanics work, the games combat, parkour.

Yeah, It was well worth it took some time to mess around with the stealth mechanics and such, It was a lot plus the parkour was actually better then described, so In my thoughts the games misunderstood, theres solid stealth system, and the parkour is fairly good once you learn how to smoothly freerun within the game, the combat is pretty fun as well, It was certainly worth it, (Still havent beat the story lmao had some things come up irl I was required to deal with)@@TokitoTheMan
The stealth is not better than it's made out to be. In fact, it's the least stealthy of all AC games, IMO. More like Eivor kills a bunch of guys before reinforcements come than being a ghost. You can sneak through every area, but it's not really satisfying when the enemies are so stupid. Once you approach it like it's a cool Viking action game and let go of Unity (the last great one), then it becomes a great adventure. I just imagined I was Uhtred the Bold.

Compared to other stealth games, this is dog shit. Lmao. And even Mirage is weak in the stealth aspect.
No, at 8:24 is a prime example of why tge stealth in this game is bad. The AI is extremely unpredictable in a unrealistic way. He wasnt supposed to get spotted at 8:24 he only wanted tge enemies to scatter but instead they insta spot him in the bushes for no reason

He’s using a few mods it’s hoods/cloaks on during combat and he’s using an all black color over basims outfit with the huldfolk mask and it looks like he has a cloak over the basim cloak as well it’s a pretty dope look

What i wish they did is smth that Ghost Recon Wildlands did which is quiet running. Like unlock an ability in a stealth tree that provides quiet running so it gives you a better and slight realistic view of stealth running bc ik damn well guards would hear some 200+lbs viking running in the halls and across the roofs, etc
The thing I didn't like about Valhalla is how dummy thick and wide they made Eivor's outfits, he doesn't even have robes physics 😭

@@Civlover10 i mean for me unity stealth is still the best of the entire franchise. The game itself is a little "meh" compared to the older games but stealth definitely improved a lot in that game

Ok so if you’re like me and you get to the part when u need to kill the guard after the guard standing by the chest and it says stun attack instead of assassinate what I found useful is shooting a poison arrow at him the poison won’t kill him but it will do enough damage to him so that after the affects ware off you can then go on to assassinate him
