      calves = forearms (no isolation exercise)
      hamstrings = triceps (underused)
      quads = biceps (sexy)

    The face pull here is just like lying bent forward rows, with a little variation of going to the face rather than the core. Wish he had explained it that way.
    Very effective workout, cause you can go a bit heavier than reverse flys. But it doesn't isolate as much as flys, the back gets a lot of work too

      Tyler Mann If you mean he doesn't have the bloated gut that pro bodybuilders have, then you're right, but he is building his body, so that makes him a bodybuilder.

    • @Tyty28173
      @Tyty28173 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      lol you are such a dipshit. First off the fact about the bloated gut is just laughable, as if I meant anything like that. He lives the bodybuilding lifestyle sure, but when you hear someone say "My arms were getting to big" and he didn't want his arms to grow more, that is not a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding is getting as big as possible, he is into physique. The fact I have to explain this to you just shows how uneducated and/or how stubborn you are.

    • @victoza9232
      @victoza9232 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tyler Mann Judging by the way you write, I'm certain that I'm far more educated than you, and, as such, don't need your dimwitted explanation about anything. My advice? Look up the word "bodybuilder."

    • @Tyty28173
      @Tyty28173 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      well if your judging by the way i write then thats your first problem cuz this is youtube not english class. you should take a look at jay cutler or ronnie coleman then tell me this guy is a bodybuilder. "my arms were getting to big"...... LOL

I tried a of the few exercises mentioned with the limited equipment I have at home and they’re right on the money. Breaking down the muscle engagement really helped me understand what I’ve been doing wrong. Can’t wait to put these exercises to work in a full routine at a gym.

    Seeking advice, coming off an injury. Please help. I'm just now coming off of bilateral ankle dislocations, and I've been on bed rest for exactly 3 months. I've been upgraded to full weight bearing physical therapy, and I'm making very good progress; however, I'll still be out of work for the next 30 days. So in short, it's gonna feel like I'm on vacation over the next month, so I want to take full advantage. I'm 41 years old, 5'5" and 156lbs. I've lost nearly all of my gains, and now I got this skinny fat thing going on. I was doing weight training 3 days a week with 1 session of kickboxing per week prior to my injury. I will have all the time in the world over the entire month of October before returning to work. I'm seeking a way that I can maximize my free time and gain the most significant amount of results over the next 30 days. I'm very limited on most cardio, particularly any kind of high intensity interval training due to my weak ankles. I'm confident I can still train legs and, I'm easily ready to start back with training my upper body. I'm looking for advice on the best training split possible with all the time in the world on my hands. (I'll listen to any nutritional advice as well if you have the time) Sorry for the long winded message. Looking forward to your advice. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. From your fan, Josh. p.s. I sent you a Facebook message as well. Thanks so much!
