only way out is getting them Chrome Coated (Stainless Steel finish) or Ceramic Coated. Ceramic is not the one that we do on paint finish. in Mumbai, Automech does it. I had got it done on my car Header Pipes. Also its not rust on the pipes, its roasted powder coating + roasted Slush / mud from rainy reason / water splashes.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs I think wrapping the exhaust with thermal tape is the only solution. It's fiberglass, comes in black (and other colors) and kits usually come with stainless steel zip-ties. You may need to punch a hole for the oxygen sensor.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs - My understanding is that exhaust wraps keeps the heat in the pipe and actually assist with exhaust efficiency. Basically, the more heat you can carry away from the engine, the better. Without exhaust wraps, much of the heat in that front pipe transfers back onto the engine. Wrapping that pipe can increase horsepower because a cooler engine can function more efficiently. See: Carnot cycle/differential temperature.
@@ianbruce9603 Exactly, it will keep the heat in the pipe and deteriorate the pipe faster. it needs to cool down . and no current set up does not transfer the heat back to the engine. since its open, it cools off faster than the engine head. but anyways, you are free to try anything.

Is there any way to prevent rust from building in the exhaust pipe.

For the exhaust pipe, I suggest you use high temperature Silver/Black paint and ye bike nahi car lagta hai dada
Paints don't last.

@@ianbruce9603 that's not the solution, that will increase the temperature of the pipes and inner stuff. Why would you won't to do that

Can we install this Fairing in dominar 250?
I am not sure, never tried.
The bike being restored is, Yamaha FZS. From the tail lamp, I could figure out, if I’m not wrong 😜
