Sarasangi varnam was refreshing! Kudos to composer Vid. Swarnalata. Even a routine Vasanta (Rama Rama) was made exciting, and the longer pieces - Kumudakriya, Todi were expounded ferociously. Really satisfying concert; star of the concert was Prati-madhyamam.
Very good performance .. but not completed Keerthana in thodi between 1.16hrs. To 2.24hrs. it is pinching for me. Atleast last charanam to be present..sorry to say
Nearly 5 mts of the video is for mike adjustment for every artiste/ instrument,which could have been omitted while uploadind the recording.Further ,there appears to be improper synchronisation between audio- video.These may kindly be corrected & clip uploaded afresh,to have more enjoyment please.Sorry to point out !I am an ardent rasika for the artistes ,so ,pnot to criticize anybody but to improve the quality only ,please bear with me !
No question about their multiple talents. However, their talent and depth are brought out better when they play violin rather than sing. Not clear why they prefer to give more vocal concerts.
