Being relaxed makes a huge difference. You'd be surprised how much oxygen gets used up by just moving your head. The less movement, the more o2 you'll have. Best thing you could possibly do is to join a club! The stuff I've learnt is invaluable!
I'm doing that at the moment but it's for a dvd , not youtube. Dunno where you're from but down here your not gonna find crays unless your looking behind weed most of the time. Look for sand/rock areas that are surrounded by weed. Higher weed generally means there's a big rock under it so pull the weed aside and look for cracks/ledges. Bommies that meet sand are good too! Good luck
