Bruh i totally forgot how the soldiers sound when they fight, and had my audio on bluetooth speakers, anyways this is the type of thing i had in mind when i played this game years ago, dream is coming true! So happy i found this channel and discord, keep up the good work!

Awesome! Man, the art style and the vibe of many older games were just so much better. I need to play this game again. Would be nice if someone would remaster the whole campaign with the modding tools to create a better version of the same campaign/ story.

This is so cool. One problem the game always had was how OP sweeping attacks were. I think they should have been only been able to hit 3 people max, and the AI should have been way better at blocking them. Like at 9:10 you can see about 15 people get hit by one guy, lol. It made your allies pretty useless on anything other than easy difficulty - they would just get slaughtered by a single red knight, so you couldn't watch epic battles like this one.
Likewise it was too simple for the player to take down an army by just doing sweep attacks with Little John and Aggressive Merries. The harder difficulties just lazily buffed enemy damage and health to a crazy amount, which didn't make the game more challenging in a fun way.
Finally I wish there had been elite allies - maybe purple coloured? - and allied mounted knights. I think I saw in another video on this channel that the devs never even programmed an ally horse knight, so it isn't possible to add them even in custom missions. :(
