After 6 years, I’ve finally made it back to this video and forgot that I commented this. I still do not have a Buchla system, but planning on getting an easel in the next month or two. So “one day” is coming soon lol. I’ll make another report 6 years from now.
What a great vid! I noticed that you have an analog dual oscillator 258 in your buchla 200e set. Did you integrate it into your set due to make a full analog boat or for some other reason? I heard that new 259e/261e oscillators generate digital sine, but the rest buchla modules are all analog.
"fat" meaning what exactly? more low frequency? a more bassy sound? well, there are potentiometers on every synth to achieve that. never occured to me to describe a sound as "fat" just because in its initial status it's band is lower. the other word that bugs the hell outta me is "warm" in combination with "analog". good god the fanboys.
Magical! Love it!
damn good. Nice sounding synth. Can't imagine owning Buchla unless I win the lottery though
I keep coming back to this awesome video. One day I will have my Buchla system.

I have a serge animal that is almost impossible to use as theres no manual , is this easier to programme? , does it come with a decent manual?
How much does this synth cost and is it possible to hook it up to a keyboard? Thanks.
Sounds very orbital :))
