The fact that someone seeing Pokémon for the first time reacts so positively both to Gen I (back in FRLG) and to Gen V onwards is proof that all Generations have merit and value to their designs.
I need someone like Dan to play Pokémon with. Cuz I know em like the back of my hand, types, names, stats, all that. It would be awesome to see their reactions to em, especially my favorites
I know others must have brought it up many, many times in the past but, whenever I see a pokemon use 'astonish' I still see them pulling a Zoolander 'Magnum'.
Makes me sad they're not continuing Sun. I hear they were getting a lot of crap for this that, this that, cutscenes taking too long, yet they still made great fun out of them. Frank the Tapu Koko (probably still waiting for them at the bar), the kill me segment. Hell, I even made an animation of ep15 when they were just messing around with the pointless camera we were given XD

Yeah the only one I like less than Sun/Moon is Sun/Moon 2. Drove me nuts! I think they decided to do a soft reboot to re-target the younger kids.
It be like that on the first island though. Pretty much the tutorial island.
