I also have cousin who is 70 and she sleeps around 5 - to sometimes interrupted - 6 hours. She wakes up every day around 5 am. My four aunts who are all in their 80s, sleep around 5 hours, and those hours are usually interrupted by night awakenings. Even me, the older I get, the less I sleep. My 6 hours of sleeping are interrupted with two or three awakenings during the night. Trump probably takes power naps. Remember, he’s gaining 3 hours coming from the east coast, so in Vegas he’ll catch up on sleep at his hotel on the strip,
