@Jorge: We braze more than 5000 egments per 1 magnet, but we use original SFM, not the cheap clones. And the temperature is about 870° C, we need that for this kind of solder. This is a terrible way to retip. you are overheating your tube and potentially warping it. You are also ruining your magnets. Welding upside down IS the best way to do this.
Hi, the setting of the flame is not right!!!! Yes you are going fast but you are over-heating the segments and loosing 90% of the segments ' quality... Yes they are going to work but not as well as they should do... Again check the flame, it should not sound like it's going to be used to cut metal...
