I decided to watch this miniseries because I thought it was a cute story of two boys who fall in love but I wasn’t ready for the depressing mood it put me in 😢
Watched this a few years ago. Stupid me ... thought it was a coming of age of high school athletes. Was not prepared whatsoever for how it ended. But it's supposed to be based on the lead's life ... He was so good in Of An Age. Another heartbreaker. Not only a very credible swimmer in this role, but he is a phonemenal dancer in OAA. His solo with his best friend alone is worth the price of admission. Somebody please cast this man in a romcom or at least a drama with a happy ending. He deserves it.
I watched this series, and what made me like it the most, is the fact that I told the protagonist's fascination with swimming, and achieved his biggest dream, which was to win a world championship. Now the relationship that the protagonist had with his "friend", it is very irrelevant, it has cool scenes of the two, but it is just an unexplored pleasure of the main actor. But the story itself about the protagonist and the swimming is incredible.
Wish I had someone just a chance to Know what love really is , I'm a bottom and live in a rural area , in the country i still believe in angels by my side , it's what has gotten me throu life , some to love for life !! Not come and go in a heated rush , just want someone to call me there own !! I have no baggage in life just a lot of empty space to fill up with love for that special one who wants the true same thing a Love with out end , and walk there jounery and mine with each other til the end of time 🏡🏡🏡🏡 ready for that special Love
LOVEING you would be the greatest gift i could ever have is what I'd tell that person , i wouldn't want anything more just a chance to love and be loved

It doesn't have a happy ending but i think you should still check it out. I think the ending was right for the movie based on the things that happened. it wouldn't have sat right with me if they ended up together after what happened
