that pivot route at the end. man on man is that some deeeeep understanding of body mechanics right there. impressive stuff. probably a lot of factors went into deciding upon that movement
Just about every play shown showed exceptional trust from Ben to AB. Knowing where he’s gonna be or how he’s gonna play the ball in air is stuff that can’t really be taught. Ya gotta learn it through trial and error and them 2 had it mastered. They gotta be around the top best QBWR duo. Ya have Montana Rice, Young Rice. Manning Harrison, Brady Moss and even Breeze Thomas. I’d prob take Ben AB over just about any combo I can think of
Hands down Top 3 to ever play the position, arguably the best. Real football players/fans know that this dude was literally unguardable. It’s a shame his off the field antics ruined his legacy. A fckin monster
What makes Ben Roth such an underrated quarterback is that he develops his receivers. He teaches them to never give up on a play because he will hold the ball and get it to them if they keep going. He is the reason why Pittsburgh never seems to have a limit on how many great wide outs they produce. The Steelers will always have a good player at wide out because Ben locks on to guys and then trust them. Thats what makes Rothlisberger a great quarterback. He believes in his guys and gives them the confidence to become great because he never gives up on them or the play.
Young players in college and high school can learn a little something from this and other video on how the pros play. As far as browns route running it takes a patient qb and awesome blocking up front to give not only the qb time to throw but also Antonio Brown time to make his adjustments in his route. That's what makes NFL players the best of the best.
Hopkins just let a defender run into him to get separation and the coach Kingsbury said “I’ve never seen anything like that before” I instantly thought of this AB play against Ramsey
Year after year he puts up elite numbers and always shows up on big games, Julio is close and Hopkins is great too but no one is as consistent as Brown, he is hands down the best receiver in the league.
If we’re being totally honest: 1. Antonio Brown 2. Julio Jones 3. DeAndre Hopkins 4. A.J. Green 5. Keenan Allen 6. Mike Evans 7. Amari Cooper 8. Michael Thomas 9. Alshon Jeffery 10. Brandin Cooks And Odell is nowhere near the top 10. He can’t catch the easy stuff, just the ridiculous ones
TexansFan4Ever Cooper wasn't even relevant this season how is he in your top ten and odell isn't and I know you are on drugs if you would take Alshon over odell lmao odell definitely top 3
@@evanhuff8254 Your comment is simply wrong. That would of been his yearly salary with incentives. Here is what he was paid, and I quote the New York Post: "It was reported the Patriots did not know about the allegations at the time they signed Brown. His base salary isreportedly $1.025 million guaranteed, and he has received two game checks of $62,500." www.google.com/amp/s/nypost.com/2019/09/20/antonio-brown-cut-by-patriots-in-stunning-twist/amp/
Curious what teams Brown and Bell end up on next season. Also curious how the Steelers will continue to produce after losing 2 of the best weapons in the league.
Walter Paddick I don’t think height really makes a difference at wide receiver. If anything, it actually helps him because it’s much easier to run precise routes with his size and ability to stop and accelerate quickly. Bigger sized receivers rarely will be able to do that.
He always catches flak for “not running routes” and “being undisciplined” but, he is often forced to improvise in ways only his QB can anticipate because he is ALWAYS double covered. The method to madness is dictated by his talent.
The guy listed as the best corner in the NFL said Brown was the best receiver he has ever played against. There is nothing anyone can say that more of a complement than that.
Dan X im from the future and I'm here to tell you that you will lose to the jaguars. I was meant to write this yesterday but I got stuck in another universe.
Idk what was so impressive in that. He just has an edge that he has long arms to give him space. He shoved like 3 people in that video alone. They were all past 5 yards from scrimmage
@@swastikgrover3414 Help me out then what do you mean by crisp cuts? Like I would understand the stop and go to full or slight sec to get separation. Other than that I dont get cuz other than that it would be just superior power, speed, and beating some off the line with it
The thing is. AB doesn't even really run routes. He runs to spots and Ben throws to spots. They trust each other to read coverage the same way and make plays to each other.
Beautiful. Now only is the NFL would change the camera angle so we can actually see WR on the screen. Can't even watch NFL because it only shows half the goddamn game.
Really is an art, Football is such a rough and rugged sport , actually viscous but AB makes it look so smooth .

Julio > AB I just did
