So... new road projects are announced while road infrastructure projects started less than 5 years ago remain uncompleted. Maybe finish one before starting new one? A true game changer will be if the Ghana Government ever complete an infrastructure on time and on budget.
Masa it's not only one region, go to Tamale you see new and first interchanges there, go to Takoradi and see first new interchange, newly built market cicle and a lot of roads construction going on under Nana Bawumia gorverment, go to Kumasi and see a lot of roads construction going on, go to Koforidua you see alot of roads constructions, newly built studiums and youth center, go to Ho and you see a lot of roads constructions going on, go Sunyani and see roads constructions, airport, Masa travel and see don't site in Accra and say developmental projects are only going on in Accra, under Nana Bawumia gorverment developmental projects are going on across Ghana

I said the government of Ghana is going to construct a brand new Interchange at Achimota and that means the flyover construction by our Colonial masters will be taken away. And I was referring to the current flyover. Thanks for the correction it was constructed under the PNDC by Jj Rawlings

The change is in terms of road infrastructure. Atleast there will be an appreciable change
