Maybe issue a white paper (like you did for the SystemSix) so your customers can understand how much work went into the product before you start complaining. Nobody understands what "unreal handling", "explosive acceleration" and "unbelievably smooth ride" means. Leave the poems to the poets.

I got my SuperSix Evo 2021 and now it has some noice on the bottom bracket, changed the bearing, clean everything and still i have the noise :(
Did you check the saddle? This often causes this kind of noise!
try greasing your bearings around them so to avoid friction between the frame and outer-bearings. Hope it can help
