  • A little bit of drama and serious talk. This video might tell you some of the dark side of nursing however this was just a very small side of my whole nursing experience. It is generally a wonderful experience and honestly, we get to meet different kinds of people in different kinds of situation wherever we are in the world! I'm thankful for these challenges because it made me stronger and I am the person that I am today because of it. I also included in the video the reason why I stopped vlogging for a few months. Now I am back and ready to be a celebrity haha!

    I salute you for the bravery you’re showing! One of the few who shows the reality of UKRN’s life, that it’s not full of flowers and rainbows. I personally know how it feels and act as if everything is okay. God bless you ma’am! 🙏🏻 This vid made me admire you more 🤎

    Thank u for being honest with us and share about your experience ❤️ I also currently work in Orthopaedic ward.. We always got deployed everywhere bcos they said we don't need to have a lot of staff per shift.. But come on.. Sometimes we have spinal cases that need a lot of manpower to do turning/sponging and etc.. Not to mention the heavy patient that sometimes weigh more than 100kg.. However I'm thinking about leaving my current workplace and go to UK.. It's good to know what to expect 👍 😊 Thank you ❤️

    Omg! Same na same ang experience natin inday.. depende kasi sa personality ng tao, hindi ako confrontational kaya ung talak ng matrona nmin eh nilulunok ko lang! Peroo deep inside nagsusumigaw na ang aking puso’t damdamin. Hehe. I’ll advise sa mga starting to process their papers na if galing kayo sa specialty area make sure na dun kayo dadalhin otherwise mahirap ang adjustment sa ward. Thanks God, nasa Recovery narin ako.. kinareer ko din q&a during interview kaya ako nakuha nila hehe. Maraming struggles pero it’s all worth it! Lavan lang! Ganern

    Hello, i just watched your video. Pangalawa na ito sa vids mo na napanood ko. But this time, i admire your strength choosing your mental health that matters most. Been there done that as well sa isang special area but if hindi talaga supporting or conducive ang environment mo due to several issues, uuwi at uuwi ka talagang drain, frustrated and depressed.
    Before i crossed to your yt channel, my heart is full of hopes and i envisioned a lot of things that will be going well. Now that i saw this, i think i should be prepared physically, mentally, emotionally most of all spiritually. Months from now ill be on the south of UK, i keep on praying that the working environment sooll ill be working with is great with supportive colleagues. Kapag mangyari iyon, kashit hndi na siguro ako magpataas ng Band.
    Til here ms. Pagaling ka and continue taking are of your self. Money cant buy you another self.
    God bless you.

    I’ve been there ,I can truly empathise with you . I realised not to take anything said or done at work too seriously . Good intentions are not meant for peoplle or institutions who drain our energy and peace . Don’t talk with colleagues becaue most of them are assholes and just do your due work and come back home straight . Also stay strong fake a smile and be confident . I’m coming Uk ( Manchester )soon now I’m getting the jitters listening to your story . Oh how I thought Uk would be different from India 🥲

      Most nurses (the seasons one and senior) and also some experienced assistant nurses are totally bullying jerks to the point that it demoralized you that make you want to give up in nursing all together.
      They literally killed you especially when you're just started your supposedly career in nursing shit!
      (No offence but I was once a nurse too)
      p.s Mostly = I mean not all of them though. There are many the good nurses but they rarely stand up for you. So, bear that in mind too.

      It depends with your area. ER usually have only 1 hour break, other wards are usually 1 hour and 30mins. But that’s just in my own experience. Other trusts or areas could have different duration. :)

    • @analyntrinidad1484
      @analyntrinidad1484 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yup, you can do that here as well but in a nice way, or you can just refused and say directly that you are not happy to be transfered in a different ward where you are not comfortable working. Tell them off para madala mga yan. hahahaha
      Pag Pinoy kasi "yes" ang sagot lang lagi to prevent conflicts.. but yeah, it's fine to say no.
