not true lol governments need more money to invest in the country. you only need to pay the interest anyway. if you invest right, the profits from the investments can easily pay the interest. additional assets produced can be used to borrow more money, repeating the process.

No need new taxes just reduce the budget for ayuda which is very high already at 10% of the total national budget or around 600 Billion pesos. Put it on development which can triple ROI than ayuda system. That amount is more than enough to build HSR which helps reduce traffic congestion in Manila.

You don't impose tax on low income taxpayers but eventually the rich or high income taxpayers whom you intend to tax will just pass the burden to the low income or poor by raising the prices of their products or services.. the end loser will still be the poor or low income taxpayers .
