Kaffeemacher from Switzerland looks like the only people noticing, that the steamwand is designed to let you place the milkjug just on your driptray and stream the milk, without holding the milkjug. What is rly nice and a USP for a homemachine. I just wonder, why even Sanremos marketing dont tell this to anybody. Maybe they dont even know? XD
I'm strongly considering this machine at $4000 CAD but my brain tells me to spend the extra $300 on the profited pro 700 to get the additional boiler. Do you think the espresso on a machine like the cube would substantially differ from the pro 700? What would you do?
Sorry we can’t compare for you as we have not played with the profitec, dual boilers are good however keep in mind they are smaller capacity as you have to fit 2 smaller boilers in the similar frame. Will this be ok for the volume you want to use it?
Not really as they are in different markets, the difference is the extra boiler in the mini and the ability to have a different brew temp to steam temp in the mini.
Only if you were a hair dresser or a shop that does not want to get the coffees out quickly. It will look beautiful but as soon as you start to get a few in a row the HX single boiler won’t keep up. Cheers luke

No, one is a single boiler and the other is a dual boiler. It’s not the same comparison.

Yes true, it’s the app, the rotary pump, it’s built like a tank and the design options is where the value lies.
