Russia has more than enough weapons for its military, and DPRK knows that so, it send warm bodies to Russia as a matter if support.

Get help regarding what? Ukraine never invaded or threatened to invade Russia. Invading a country that has not invaded yours (or threatened to) is a violation of the Non Aggression Principle. Basically, it makes Russia objectively the aggressor in the conflict using basic understanding of morality. You can't invade a country just because you're afraid it will join some alliance.
