Adding Variety to the skills we use in this game is absolutely and undeniably the number#1 thing they could/should do/be doing, in my personal opinion. And it seems like its happening. I really like the game, but burning out is a thing and variety will honestly help immensely with not burning out.
They could add something like supply orders for fishing/mining/woodcutting. Like acquire and turn in 100 mithril ore, 200 oak logs, etc. These items must be acquired by the player and not via trade or GE. Could make those skills more interesting/active.
I agree, but mining would need a rework. Just make it so that ore rocks don't always deplete after receiving ore. Runite would be an absolute pain if they did that without reworking the rocks
I started my Ironman like a year ago and have been playing off and on but I recently forced myself to learn farming and I’ve been enjoying it so much. It pushes me to get new modes of transportation and more efficient ways of getting between places and has led me on a path of fun.
@@FiremanTay Two mechanics. 1, Two hunters cant give you the same task, so you can use that to block out annoying tasks by storing them on lower tiers. 2, kebbits all share the same kebbit tuft rare. So you store a dashing kebbit or other falconry task which takes minutes with better drop rates. If you get lets say polar kebbit youu switch to the master with dashing, get the item, then switch back to your real task. For me doing experts I have the other expert blocking pyre foxes, the adepts blocking polar kyatt and grey chinchompas, and the novice on dashing kebbit.
the only other mechanic at play is after you turn in a task the very next assignment rerolls from that masters available pool. But it doesn't overwrite their saved task its an additional slot so to speak. So if you have pyre foxes blocked by master A, turn in a task, then go to Master A for a new task it will be different. But if you then switch to master B and back to Master A it will be pyre foxes again. So gist is try to always start a new task on the hunter you arent using to block as to not mess up your block list
I got a dragon warhammer and an infused heart all while just doing slayer. That’s more money I got doing that then every other skilling skill in the game
Slayer was my least favorite on the main account. Why do it when you can buy everything. On my iron it’s my favorite because the dopamine when getting a new unlock is great. Looking for my first occult soon!
Who would say Slayer is their favorite skill? It's always been awful. If you want to kill those things, just go do it. You don't need an NPC to tell you what to kill in order to make combat fun.
@@Nexeno-c7c No you mean combat are the best skills. Why would someone telling you what to kill be better than anything else? That shit is worse than agility.
do not get task from the game recommend combat level. for example, konar it recommend level 75 attk, str, defense, dont do it. u need like 85 attk, str, defense, . i think most people combat skills like 70 attk, strength, and defense should go for vannaka or chaldar. yup, slayer is still a shytty skill. shitty experience and gold. just level to lvl 70 andl skip it. it is a waste of time.
I feel like 91 hunter is a litte high for the master rumors. I was at like 76 hunter when it dropped. Ive done almost 100 rumours and im only level 80 now lol. I really dont want to do another 1000 rumours at expert lvl tracking shitty kebbits and catching salamanders in the desert. Especially because the only thing you cant hunt on the master list at 80 is the moonlight antelope. They should drop the level required for that in my opinion. Also i do have 80 and herbi, moonlight butterflies, and the teco salamanders arent given as an expert rumour The master ones have a way better hunter list too. No tracking with the dumb little noose wand. No orange salamanders dying of thirst in the desert. Ok im done crying now.
I started at 80 hunter doing expert contracts now at 183 completed and 88 hunter half to 89. Set up a block list and the hunter XP is 130k an hour ish ez
You know if you get dashing kebbit task on one of the lower level hunter masters and leave it there. Now when ever you get any kebbit task go back to the lower level master to do that task. When you get the furr, they are all the same. So can go get your task again from the higher level hunter and give him the furr from dashing kebbit. Also works with black kebbit.

Magic is the best skill, and will always be my favorite.
Do you have an infernal? Or quiver?
You should do a pet tier list
need to block with the other hunters and use kebbit skipping then its super fast loot bags
Can you explain? I’m wanting to start doing rumors. I’m 96 hunter. I want the best xp rates. Haven’t done it yet.

Slayer is the worst fucking skill.
slayer is by far the worst skill in the game every thing about slayer is 100% rng its lame af
The xp you gain in 4 other skills is rng? The extra dmg boost to bosses is rng? You’re crazy
Anyone who thinks Slayer is bad is delusional and should re evaluate why they are playing osrs 99 slayer was one of the first 99s on many accounts
