How do you enable the switch stick? PS5 and only circle swaps like always.
I think you can't be a lineman else you start doing moves. It works when your a lb or secondary. But I can't figure it out so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Dubby can you make a video on how to slow down the option? I know you can't stop it all together but I'm having trouble even slowing it down
Btw the left stick in ball placement when passing was available in the last CFB game in 2014. When you throw like a deep outside fade, pushing left stick up will give it more loft , probably go an extra few yards down field and force the receiver to really go get it. Pushing left stick down would be great if you want the receiver to possibly stop or slow down running that fade. On a curl route w decent coverage, pushing the left stick down will minimize a pick and force the receiver to dive towards the ball / qb , therefore making it harder to throw an INT. The way Joe Montana played, he forced guys open by amazing ball placement. If you see an opening in zone coverage, hit the left stick towards that open space and that's where the ball & receiver will go. Hope this helps.

How is there enough time to 1. Switch coverage with currently controlled play and then 2. switch stick to the player you want to control? What happens when you don't assign the currently controlled player (pre-snap) and you switch stick to another? Does he keep his original assignment or does he just stand there?

Its useful in deep passes. Trying to use this to defend a two-min drill is pointless. The CPU, especially on higher difficulties will throws dimes to the sideline, catch everything, and it doesnt matter if you audible a maxxed out secondary to press and cover the sidelines.

Are you using it before the pass is thrown? Once the qb throws the ball the right stick becomes the hit stick again and you have to switch like before with O/B.
@WeAreRenegadeNation It needs to be adjusted to be able to switch while the ball is in the air. It's pointless, especially in short passing downs or two-min drills where reactions times are microscopic.

Hey, do yk why your not always able to quick adjust someone into a curl flat, obv u can play underneath & auto make hard flats, but why doesn’t that happen when playing overtop or jus in general?

Nah. You could only do that before the play. Now you can do it mid play
@@TeeJGoBluewrong. You can use B and the direction of the analog to do the same thing. I actually don’t find the switch stick to be that much of a difference. I’ve been playing madden for as long as I can remembe and I’ve become very good with it.
@@TeeJGoBlue You can definitely change players mid play since the 90's. It's crazy how every aspect of this game is being overhyped. They got people thinking changing players is something new, lol.

@401RISaint are you on a player who is scheme to blitz? You have to be on a player in man or zone coverage to switch off. Also if you are trying to do it after the ball is thrown it doesn't work either.
