One reason Keener is interested in the theatre settlement is because kelso is working with Keener and Kelso is close with Odessa Sawyer the leader of the thet settlement so Kelso would have a better chance of convincing Odessa to work with them. I suspect Keener already knows Kelso is a double agent and is using her for the reason I just mentioned

This is why I guessed that the Seasonal character was supposed to a Keener aligned character, or a new Div agent and our main being the Keener aligned agent. It seemed like they were pushing the seasonal character as disposable and they would die at the end of each season, but if they told us that earlier everyone would figure out how the story twists.

The Theater settlement is ran by Odessa Sawyer, who before her injury was pretty much The Division's equivalent to both Keener and Faye Lau in DC. She was First Wave as well. Something to think about.
We are not rogues. In the books we work with rogues and numerous other factions to take down hunters and a black tusk "blacksite" because of a program created that could neutralize both isac and anna. Rescuing an agent that isac has deemed rogue due to something the hunters did and the black tusks had captured to create the program that in fact worked with diamond. So atleast one other time, agents worked together with rogues without being rogue themselves. Book in question is "Tom Clancy's the division: hunted" no the books are not sperate from the game as it uses many of the same characters, faction, and the same locations found currently in game. Technically it was supposed to lead into heartland too, pity they scrapped it.
I liked the one you could fight last manhunt for the freedom mask, and the one before that for deceit even though that one's not as good looking. Hopefully we get more of those kinds of hunters although I wouldn't be upset at another set of masks to collect in Brooklyn.

I am really hoping that Div3 become a triple faction (Black Tusk, Rogue, Division) storyline, but in a new location. It would be even more awesome if we could pick an alliance and still access NYC (Div1), DC (Div2). Based on the books, and all the development they put into Heartland, it would save time (and money) to salvage that work. Even if it's only a DLC or destination mission campaign (similar to Camp White Oak, or Coney Island).

And Everyone Forgot the moment the hunter appears in Early Game(First time we play) were already Flagged as Rogue and we just Dont know it Yet. Because As soon you Got flagged as rogue, the Hunters Begun their stalk and hunt. Thats why We see hunters stalking us early game but haven't starting their moved Yet because they are waiting for "someone" to command em. Bru the division’s “Mission” is pointless & losing battle (and is a failure in my pov) The only thing that could help the division’s survival is evolve & start helping the rogues plus bring em back into the fold, also ISAC needs to go ANNA should replace ISAC since ANNA is much better. I forget which one but of course people got mad at me when I mentioned how weird it was that we (as the division) have been running around executing civilians on the spot with no fair trial. I get that it’s a game of course and I play it but I don’t see why people think it’s too political to ponder that kind of thing. After all, normality is dictated by the majority right? The division is definitely a minority in that world.

In the Manhunt: First Rogue comm titled "Range", seems that the Black Tusk already viewed us as Rogue, even if iSAC didn't officially flag us as such.
Which makes me wonder if at some point, Cal or Nat would take over ISAC and have the AI mark us as Rogue
