e money A decade is 10 years. She had seven years to participate. There is the internet and the 90s trends didn't end when the clock hit 2000. Also, when you are born in a decade, you are a kid of that era. She even said she was inspired by the ”early 2000s and the late 90s.”

I was born in 93 and I get what you’re saying but I remember looking back at my childhood fav shows and music and it’s all things that was from the 90s era kids born in 93 - everything that influenced us was reruns from the 90s a lot of 90s artist made their comeback early 2000s so we’re rerun babies by default lol
