If you are seeing Japan with weeb lenses, it's the best place on earth but if you're going to live in it, it's hellish to even stay for good. The entertainment is the tip of the iceberg. They made everything entertaining and enjoying but irl they're mostly overwork and miserable. It's not the paradise you think it is. Japan is a collectivist country, if you want to be there to stick like a soar thumb, good luck. Credit when credit is due Japan really did influence the world but at a cost of many blood and depression. Again there's many places to settle to but not japan.
