Guys, let's be decent. Ratan Tata is much more than just TATA..
We are mourning a person, who kept giving to the society. Worked very hard, made mistakes, Learned lessons but never complained.
He worked and the profits went to research and charity, silently, no noise..
Ratan Tata is an emotion.. his only expectation was for people to see if he made a difference..
That's Ratan Tata.. one stroke of the pen and he would be the wealthiest man on this planet.. The pen was his, he had the paper, like his family he did what is right.
A giver through and through.. Didn't take anything, I think his last public speech was in Assam, he made another Cancer Hospital there and I think it's operational.
Precisely, no one does these things..

I have seen Ratan Tata sir very very closely and I was surprised by seeing his simplicity. He was at the main gate of Manjusha building in Kolkata Shakespeare Sarani with his Advocate and one associate. He simply get inside one normal car and crossed from there. Further his car too was waiting in next Camac Street signal to become green.
You can see his ultra simplicity
    🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

There is no industrialist parallel to Shri Ratan Tata in india. Business is secondary. Humanity is first. And that is what late Ratan was.

Mr. Tata known for being calm and stable during storm - and, yet grow & let others grow regardless who he is surrounded by!
I don’t think there is a business man like Mr. Tata has ever existed in this world or will ever born…,common-we are talking about Ratan Tata sir who has never slipped his tongue or an action that would hurt other ‘being’ in a such long career.
Mr. Murthy, Mr. Bezos ….people come and go!

Murthy - you have a lot to learn from Tata. Did Tata give 25 thousand rupee monthly salary and demand 70 hours per week ? Did Tata snatch charity money from employee salary slip ? Did Tata have a policy of not even reimbursing death certificate cost when employees die from over work ?

Long back in 70’s Ratan Tata once remarked about the stringent labour laws in our country and remarked that ‘it is very easy to divorce wife than removing an employee from the company’.

I can see the problem with modern India. Few remarks that went wrong, and people think Narayanamurthy is a devil. Come out from the digital image created. He is one of the icons behind the modern IT industry whose benefits we reap today. You can't take away those credits.
All the Indian IT companies exploit the workers' situation to an extent. Because they run a business mainly powered by Forex and cheap labour. They are not a tech and quality powered business yet. Things will have to change gradually.
Business will be business. Don't we deny a job offer we accepted earlier, to accept another offer with a bigger pay?

He does not seem to have a basic respect or curtesy in the way he addresses Mr NRN and addresses him directly by his name , terrible choice of an interviewer if I may say
