What I've learnt.
He speaks through his words.
Images and your imagination.
He speaks through dreams.
He speaks through your desires ( spirit of discernment is greatly needed here).
He speaks through people.
He speaks through situations and environment.
He speaks through media, movie, songs and books 📚.
Conclusion - his always speaking, you just need to be the one who learns how to listen 👂🏽
