Hello , thank you so much and sorry for the late response. So to answer your questions… I do have kinks in my neck back , used to be so bad and at one time I had to be taken to the hospital due to a back sprain. But I stuck to my doctors advice after that which were 1.) Always elevate your legs while sitting so you get to rest your back fully. (I use a high stool) just ensure your legs are elevated enough to where you can fully rest your back. This takes care of the pressure on your spine for the most part for me. 2.) Consistent exercises tailored to stretch out your back muscles. Sit ups, planks, squats and core exercises if you can ,helps me a lot. 3.) For lighting i only use natural light and my track lights installed on my ceiling (the orange lights not the white ones. I hope this helps 😘
