Never have a willow tree near any pipes or foundation they grow longer then the tree grows wide they will cause a lot of damage to pipes and or foundations or even a sidewalk or driveway
@@mrdrains2088 why are most main lines there only 4" pipes I installed 6" and it's all PVC heavy duty the only 4" I used was for the stack so it can all breath I used 2" for sinks and 3" for shower nothing really has been any problem for me and I made sure to put clean outs at areas that I thought might someday need cleared .
@@mabronstevenson5256 Private mainline are 4", commercial buildings tend to have 6" with branches sometimes in 4". Often contractors will do plumb to the minimum code specs of the day, not bother about clean outs for guys like me & the story goes on lol - when I see a good clean out/IO it makes me feel good that the installer actually went the extra mile.
@@mrdrains2088 I have at least 2 clean outs on every line my outside line only goes 6 feet but I put one there to and yes it makes it easy to clean all with a mirror and a flashlight I can see a long way inside the pipes and with that I can determine if there's any signs of build up and no roots my trees are very far away I made sure of it I'm also on septic with the higher priced latter's there's never been a problem but I am long past due a pump out by my septic guy 😆
